最多可短租三个月，12月1号-2月25号。

三室一厅的house, 前后院，有车库。
房屋采光良好，环境安静。
属富人区，都是local 人居住，很安全。

位于tram 13站，从家步行至tram站5分钟左右。
靠近南澳最具商业化的Glenleg 海边。
购物方便，tram 15站下是Shopping road，
有Coles, Cheap As Chips, Reject Shop等等。

因为房子靠近海，夏天比较凉快，根本不用空调。
电风扇就够了。

现出租房屋1-2间，各为12平米左右，家具齐全。
急需短租者。男女生都可以。价格可以商量。
