房子位于东南边富人区，房子是新装修的APARTMENT，整个楼呈“王”字型，位于3楼。两房一厅，单人房现住一韩国女生。双人房招租（双人床，超大书桌和书架，整面墙的嵌入式衣柜-女生至爱，两张电脑椅）厨房和客厅设施齐全（只需拎包入住即可）。此APARTMENT的物管非常好，定期会来打扫院落和花园，以及楼道。

交通：145.146第11站。出门步行20秒即是车站，车进入CITY后车走NORTH TCE，所以特别适合UNISA 和ADELAIDE UNI的学生（只需在校门口上下车即可）

附近环境：紧靠BURNSIDE VILLAGE, 购物十分方便并且方便找工作。从房子步行至SHOPPING CENTRE只需1-2分钟。
费用：双人：150每周（包网。瓦斯，水）+SHARE BILL 单人：120每周（包网，瓦斯。水）+share bill( 电，电话月租费）
网络是80G

租期：11月30号至3月初
