独立带橱柜卫浴只有你一个人用喔，现在这种比较难找耶。非常非常适合爱干净，同我们一样不能忍受长期与其它人“分享”卫生间和浴室的朋友。有大储物间可以放很多行李，不是说所有的东西都要堆在自己房间里的嘛，多挤啊。

家里住另外一对极青春的couple，胆小怕事，平生最不擅长与人吵吵。所以寻找同样性格温和，好说话，又爱干净的朋友入住。美丽的客厅厨房。

家里全家具，什么洗衣机啦冰箱啦烤箱啦电饭煲啦bla bla bla，反正全都齐的。还有很多娱乐，BBQ烤台啦，DVD啦，wii游戏机啦，（小小声）麻将牌啦，大富翁啦，stacko啦，觉得我们生活质量还是挺高的~

交通极方便，东边车多嘛。122,123,124,125,126第十二站，家门口离车站十五米，weekdays基本上五到十分钟一辆bus。

周租175刀，加四周bond金。所有杂费是全包了的，包括宽带。这里用的是TPG adsl2+里最快的那种deal，并且没有什么麻烦的peak/off peak下载，任何时候网速都很快啦。就是适合怕麻烦，同我们一样不喜欢一直跟人家算帐计较的朋友啦。

这间房从11月4号开始available。
