1)Location: near Flinders Uni, can walk to there, no more than 10mins by bus;
2)Security: secure indvidual room key, house door key;
3)House: Flat/townhouse/ apartment are all OK, including bathroom,toilet,laundry(with washing machine & dryer), living room,kitchen(with cookers), bedrooms with aircondition（if there are no aircondition,heaters and fans are also ok)--by the way, I prefer sound insulation wall between rooms, and window(s) towards south is better;
4)Flatmates/Housemates: should always keep flat/house clean, not so many noise in the evening, friendly, no bad habit(at least not smoking inside house), students are better;
5)Furnitures & other stuff: single bed with mattress,bedspread, blanket,window(s) with curtain,studydesk,chair(s), wardrobe &shelving, heater&fan(aircondition is better), mirror, Internet connection or wireless Internet;
6)Fees & costs: no mrore than $130 per week(including electronic ,water,internet,gas fees).
If the place is good enough, we can discuss the fee.
