172，176巴士可达City，South Bank ，Fortitude Valley。开车3分钟可达Griffith，7分钟可达Sunny
Bank。到高速路口也才3分钟车程。

房子是新房，才盖了两年，状况良好，干净清爽，独门独院，非常安静。有两个房间，独立的客厅，洗手间和厨房，停车位。房子有纱窗，空调等家具电器俱全，居住非常舒适。
