city一间房间出租，$200全包. 马上可以入住，家具全，share bills （internet, electricity and home phone). 马上可以入住。房子位于 Gray Street，good location，近unisa west campus， 2分钟到99c站点，直接到adelaide uni 下车。不行10分钟到china town。房子有中央空调，3个房间，3个卫生间，2个浴室。如果有需要，房间可以配备电视。
房子周围24小时的快餐，Hungry jack's， subway，很方便。
