标题: 亲属加分的问题
不知道有没有人清楚,亲属加分的问题。请问表姐弟是不是属于亲属加分的范畴之内呢??仔细点就是我妈妈和我舅舅是亲姐弟,不知道我能否帮助我舅舅的儿子提供亲属加分呢?? 如果可以的话,能加多少分呢?? 谢谢!

如果你的是来读书的,然后正常毕业,那你应该是申请886的签证,那就是加20分(它只要求申请人满足100分的限制,而别人是要120分。移民局网站说的亲属关系:
a non-dependent child – including a stepchild
a parent – including a step–parent
a brother or sister – including a step-sibling
a niece or nephew – including a step–niece or nephew
an aunt or uncle – including a step–aunt or uncle
但貌似不包括Cousin啊。

FIRST COUSIN只能担保三年临时签证。。。住满两年FULLTIME工作一年。。然后887转PR。

谢谢楼上的各位的讲解,如果我表弟是过来读研究生毕业之后,我能否直接给他加分呢???因为害怕2年之后,澳洲的政策不停的变化。

等你表弟来读研究生..然后再等他毕业..不知道当时政策会怎么样变化..你现在着急也没有用...只能看当时政策变化情况.
就是以现在的政策...你也不能给你的表弟提供PR申请的加分...只能是TR申请的加分.

大家忽略了一个问题,楼主住在哪里呀,如果楼主住在偏远地区,应该可以帮表弟申请475(表弟在国内申请),或者487(表弟在澳洲申请)
