房东曾找过人来维修，但因为我们不在家，导致那个人在门口转了一圈就走了。后来再问房东，房东说找那人用了110刀，却什么都没做，于是就生气说不帮我们修了……也想打听一下这里修东西的真的有这样的规矩么？？谢谢各位啦……房东是意大利人……
