租的房子，不知道应该自己解决还是告诉中介。
如果自己解决是不是要重新换台面啊？能不能只换那一块啊？哪里可以找到合适的换台面的工人啊？
告诉中介的话又怕中介坑钱。

求大家帮帮忙，有没人遇到同样的事情的？应该怎么解决啊？

如果房主有保险的话，你只需付access fee，也许能便宜点？
