在这个我想说，所有的中国人，不管什么人啦，还有做生意的，试工不给工资在澳洲是违法的！

上面这个连接是关于young workers' rights and rules，里面有关于试工的规定（Job Trial）

2008年澳洲的National MinimumWage是$14.31,这个工资我想在中国餐馆是无法达到的，你给他打工时都没有拿你TFN，就不多说了~大家自己愿意拿那么多钱就行，就是给各参考

LZ整的那些都没用，你打10刀的工代表你有10刀价值，等你跳槽到了20刀的工，自身价值就翻番，如果不愿意打工资低的工，又找不到工资高的工，那就是分文不值。

留学生变成cheap labour不是什么人可以决定的，而是市场决定的。

我每次看到有人這么說，我就很生氣。這不是市場決定的，是你自己，所有像你這么想的人，以及自己做著廉價勞工不維權／不懂得維權的人所決定的。是因為你自己決定了要忍氣吞聲被人欺負，所以市場只不過是順應你的決定，並且利用你的軟弱。

政府有很多維權的機構，希望大家爲了維護自己的權利，也爲了不讓更多的留學生變成廉價勞工，如果你被不公平的對待了就應該反抗。
