房租按月算一个月31天是447 30天是432
5月4号一定可以住 早一点晚一点都可以
走路10分钟到shopping center 5分钟到coles 3分钟到火车站
虽然marion看起来很远但是我们家交通很方便的
差不多15-20分钟一定可以到city

*现有2男2女，包括我在内。室友性格温和，为人友善，都是正经人，无不良嗜好。对新来室友无过多要求，只需人朴实本分，不抽烟即可。女室友优先。

关于床的问题：床是本人搬进来的时候在IKEA购买的，如果新室友不方便自己去买床，我可以原价卖出。床和床垫的价格在IKEA网站上都有，不指望从中渔利。
NOTES: 从IKEA到新家的运费不论多少家居都是56澳币左右。如果新室友自己有车将会较为方便。
