这个解释是不对的，CP实际上算是Pass，CP的定夺由Course Coordinator决定，前提条件是该科最后的Total Score要在45%以上，当时的GPA不能低于3.75，而且每个Semester或Teaching Period最多只能有一科被授予CP。CP ...

这个解释是不对的，CP实际上算是Pass，CP的定夺由Course Coordinator决定，前提条件是该科最后的Total Score要在45%以上，当时的GPA不能低于3.75，而且每个Semester或Teaching Period最多只能有一科被授予CP。CP只针对本科课程，不过有少数本科科目没有CP、TP（比如说ADA）。

TP和CP原则上差不多，不过获得CP成绩的，那科的Pass可以满足其它科目Prerequisite要求（另外TP对学生GPA要求较低，是最低3.40）。TP的话是不满足的（所以如果后续科目有需要先完成这一科的要求的话，拿TP的学生需要重念，CP的学生则无需重念）。

另外，CP、TP、SP的决定权都在Course Coordinator（但是需要经School Board或School Academic Administrator同意），比如说有两个学生，一个学生可能当科最后的Total Score是49％，另一名学生是47%。但是Course Coordinator不一定会给谁CP，因为Course Coordinator需要根据学生实际的GPA、其它科目难度、其它科目成绩等综合考量。

UniSA一律不接受学生主动要求授予CP、TP的申请，如果学生对自己最后的成绩有意见，按规定流程可以申诉。。。
