一家三口，儿子三岁半。无不良嗜好，通情达理。
不知道如何租房，请有经验的筒子多提宝贵意见：
1。象我们这样的家庭应该租什么类型的房子？
2。我想在学校附近租，大家认为如何？
3。听说在网上无法租到长期的房子，我想先预定一个便宜的小旅馆，等人到了再租长期的房子，可是如何能预定到比较便宜的旅馆呢？
