招聘岗位：兼职电商运营助理
岗位职责：
1. 协助运营主管调研市场、开发新品
2. 负责刊登优化Listing，操作广告，打造热销Listing
3. 通过Email，站内信等帮助Ebay客人解决解答售前售后问题，积极为客户提供准确商品信息，维护客人满意度，促成订单。
4. 通过ERP RMA系统产品质量问题统计和客户反馈等, 协助供应链同事优化现有产品质量

任职要求：
1，具备熟练的英文拼写阅读能力；
2，具备1年以上的电商相关工作经验 ,熟悉电商规则;
3，具备积极主动的工作态度，具有团队精神，工作责任心强；
4，热爱电商行业；
