此两层townhouse位于Runcorn Victor St. 上，住过的人都感觉交通相当方便，距火车站和汽车站步行2分钟！即使没有车也免去了行走劳顿之苦！

距离fruitgrove火车站1分钟，北可直达southbank, city，China town，南可直达gold coast;
距150，155,156，157汽车站只需1分钟。150 公交车5-10分钟一趟，走高速快线，可直达city Myer途经小runcorn Plaza,Garden city, Griffith Uni，Southbank TAFE，方便去Griffith和southbank TAFE上学的学生，和去city工作，或喜欢去City逛街的MM;
155直达sunnybank shopping center。
开车都只需5分钟左右可到达Sunnybank shopping center, Sunnybank hills /calamval shopping center和Garden city。

小区有安全大门，区内有足够停车位，有Onsite manager,十分安全。
Master room带独立卫生间和超大阳台，入墙式衣橱，Queen size bed，配备桌椅，书柜，空调。
