With growth in Short Term pool, we are currently seeking a Casual Front Office Agent join to our team. Successful candidates must have previous experience in the same or similar role, excellent written and verbalcommunication skills and an eye for detail.

We allocated in Brisbane city in Fortitude Valley and managingabout 40 Short Term and over 200 Long Term apartments.

The ideal person will be proactive, highly customer orientated,have a professional, warm and friendly nature and a strong work ethic.

To be successful in this role, you will have to be a"people person" with a natural ability to exceed expectations withyour personalised customer service.

This role offers:
- 3-5 shifts per week (20-28 hours)
- rotating 7 day roster.
- Shifts 8.00am-2pm, 11am-4pm and 2pm-7pm (it may be changed time by time when needed)
- Great team environment
- Free onsite parking

The ideal candidate will have:
· Customer service focus
· Be reliable, motivated, positive, with professional presentation
· Previous hotel front office/reception experience
· Good verbal & written communication skills
· Good time management & the ability to work well under pressure
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Be computer literate, with experience in hotel inventory systems

Theability to work well within a small, dedicated team
· Be available for an immediate start
