We are Koreans, mid 30's nurses and married couple, and looking for One female who is either professional or student to share this tidy and quite townhouse.

5mins drive to Garden city, Runcorn & Sunny Bank

10mins walk to Eight Mile Plains Bus Station (Only takes 15mins to city. See the routes below)

Room : BRAND NEW bed (Sealy), BRAND NEW desk & chair. Fan Own bathroom

All other furniture & home appliances including fridge and washing machine are brand new.

It is a very clean and tidy town house.

4G unlimited internet,Neflex (korean, chinese & all asian dramas & movies available) and air conditioning available. Street parking is also available

You will have your own room and bathroom. The room is fully furnished with build-in wardrobe with mirror on.

Rent $180 /week & Bond $600 (tenancy agreement form must be signed)

All bills (electricity, water and internet) included.
