Cost: rent $90/wk each for two people in a big room with toilet and bathroom or $140/wk for one person (two weeks bond and two weeks rent in advance) included water, electricity and internet
Contract: N/A. Short term stay $100/wk each; or $150/WK
Funiture: Fully furnished included bed, desk, chair, washing machine,fridge and so on.
Public Transport:
200 meter walk to bus stop(124,125,120,119,123); 20 minutes (3 zone) to City/QUT/UQ; 10 minutes ( 1Zone) to Griffith University/ Sunnybank/ Garden City. Bus is every 15 mins.
700 walk to train station( To gold coast/ city/Sunshine Coast). Train is every 15 mins.
Facility Around: 200meter walk have Aldi Super Market/Resturants/Gym/shops
Bonus: $30 cash if living more than 6mths and refer a friend to replace you when you move out.
