Hi, i am looking for some housemate to fill up the bedroom in my house.

House locate on

Bus stop 12 Prospect Road

10 mins/bus 15 mins to city

5 mins driving to city

Bills included. "Gas + Internet"

Power, Water bill share by ration (according to room size)

House is fully furnished, can fit in your own furnishture on request.

As room size not the same.

2 single bedroom will between $120 - $130 /week

Master bedroom $160/ wk, coupler $190/ wk

Ideal house for international student and working holiday people.

1 wk Bond + 1 wk advance rent

P.S. need to be animal accepted
