兩間房，我和一個朋友一齊~~7月份初入住~~！拜託拜託~~~~(希望是乾淨的）

我家走路去rengency tafe 只要5分钟
全新的房子什么都包还有adsl2 wireless internet 140一个人一周有图片：

房子在Main North Road 24號站,
local房东沒有合同，房东很和善
一個大房間有衣帽間, 另外兩個是中房間的空間也足夠給情侶住
有洗衣房, 客廳有冷氣和用gas的暖氣, 新換了熱水器
有車庫可以停一輛車, 車庫外面也可以再停一輛~
很近超市, 開車15 – 20分鐘到city, 10分鐘到Regency TAFE,
可以養寵物, 超大後園!

i have a room that is aviable now, and the other one is avaiable after 10th of july !
2 people at the moment
and wont have more than 4
