咏春拳是中华武术南派具有代表性的分支之一，咏春文化是灿若星河的中华文化和中华国术的主要组成部分。
一部功夫大片《叶问》，唤起了人们对咏春拳的热情。这门古老的中国拳术，相传为女性所创，在一代宗师叶问手中，更化平淡为神奇，战无不胜；风靡全球的李小龙的截拳道，也是李小龙在咏春拳基础上再创造的。
什么是咏春拳？咏春拳相较其他拳法有哪些特点？如何将咏春拳拳理融入到生活中？
